Transfer Student: If you already have an active F1 visa or status and want to transfer to Aston
STEP 1 - REGISTRATION

Complete the registration form: https://www.astonusa.com/i20-transfer-form
You will need a scanned copy of the passport photo page and a copy of your current visa to complete the registration form.
Provide a recent financial statement showing your ability to cover your school and living expenses (we estimate $2400 for each month, or $14,400 for 6 months of study). If you have dependents (F2), you will need to add $400 per month for each dependent. Provide a scanned copy of your passport photo page, a copy of your current visa, and a copy of your current I-20.
The application form will guide you through the process of paying the $150 application fee for the transfer request. If the payment option does not appear, it can be accessed via this link: https://www.astonusa.com/product-page/f1-transfer-student-registration-fee
STEP 2 – PAYMENT OF YOUR TUITION
Option 1:
Pay in full for your program

1 Academic Term (22 weeks) $6,050 + Books 380

1 Year (2 Academic Periods). (44 weeks) $12,100 + Books $760
Option 2:
Monthly payment plan without discounts.

Pay $1,480 (1 month + Books) Then $1,100 monthly

Aston will issue you the document and your acceptance letter after payment of your tuition and your Transfer Letter.

Aston will issue your I-20 document and acceptance letter.
STEP 3 – COMPLETING THE TRANSFER

After we receive the payment, you will receive the acceptance letter and the transfer letter. Complete only Section 1 and give this letter to the DSO at your previous school. The advisor will fill it out, return it to you, and you must send it to Aston International Academy.

Your previous school will transfer your records to Aston International Academy online through the SEVIS system, and once the transfer is complete, you will receive a new I-20. Keep this original document along with any other I-20s you have. AIA will keep a copy of your I-20 in the school’s records.
