You can also take bus 17, which has a stop right on the corner near AIA. The normal price is $40 per night, but you can share a 12-person room for $800 or a 6-person room for $325. They also have private rooms for 2 people for $175.

It's located near UT Campus. It is a little farther away from AIA, but it is a nice place in a student area. To get to AIA by taking two different buses, bus 801 and bus 17. There is a special female-only room for women who do not feel comfortable in a mixed-gender room.

The prices range from $27 to $32 per night. The place is really nice, and it's near the Colorado River. It’s located 1.7 miles away from AIA. You can get an HI Hostel membership and make it more affordable, and you can also take a look at their volunteer work opportunities. It's less than a 5-minute walk from AIA. It is located in a historic house (just like AIA), and you can stay for 3 weeks maximum. They define themselves as:
