charles lundgren // SCHOOL DIRECTORCharles is originally from New York but moved to Austin in 2019. He has lived nearly half his life overseas in Germany, China, Brazil, and most recently Vietnam. He has a BA in Chinese Studies and has worked in high-school or adult education since graduating. He speaks English and Chinese and likes to pretend he speaks Spanish. You might see him around Austin riding on his moped looking for the best taco.

LYNN PETRO // ACADEMIC SUPERVISORLynn was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, but made it to Texas as fast as she could! She has been working for Aston International Academy since 1996. Lynn is a former co-director/owner of the school, and current teacher of IEP and TOEFL-iBT preparation. Lynn holds a BA in Linguistics, a BA in French, and an MA in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She also holds an MA in TESL from the University of Texas at Austin. Lynn loves teaching English! She speaks French and a little bit of Spanish. Her hobbies include playing violin, running, reading, drawing, lifting weights, and gardening. When she's not busy, she likes to relax at home with her husband and her two kitties.

JOY domingues-TORRES // OFFICE MANAGERJoy is from Sãao Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Rye, NY in 2012 to study English. She also lived in Connecticut for 10 years where she earned a degree in Graphic Design, and where she also met her husband. Tired of the long winters, Joy moved to Austin in 2013 so she could enjoy the outdoors, live music, and arts. In her free time, Joy enjoys cooking, learning about new cultures, going to concerts, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her sweet son Benjamin, husband Gui, and dog Frida.

roger graham // Academic CoordinatorRoger is a native Texan who started teaching English at the turn of the century. He holds a Masters degree in English Literature, and a Bachelor degree in Italian. He has lived in a variety of cities around the US and the world. He likes languages, food and movies. He loves hanging out with his wife, daughter and hound dog. He has enjoyed building things since he was a kid, and one of his hobbies now is woodworking. Roger likes the cold.
